About Ögn

I’m Unnur Ósk Unnsteinsdóttir, an Icelandic adventurer, mother and a pretty normal human being. Ögn Icelandic is my alter ego used many years ago for a creative outlet. It found it’s way to the surface again through creating beautiful and useful journals, diaries and notebooks.
This winter I was struggling with getting enough quality sleep like so many others. I had been looking for ways to track my own sleep and sleep routine but finding none that suited me and my needs. Then one day while browsing the internet I stumbled upon tutorials on how to make your own journal and that led me on this adventure of designing and publishing my own ideas for useful journals and diaries.
Ögn is Icelandic and means something very tiny or a particle of some sorts. So Ögn Icelandic could be translated to a tiny Icelandic particle.
